Colonel Raj Kalra is the Founder Chairman of the International Process Excellence Council and the Founder and Chairman of Kuber Group Africa, headquartered in Accra, Ghana. He is a business leader, infrastructure developer and former Indian Army officer with extensive experience executing large-scale projects across multiple sectors.

Throughout his career he has integrated engineering discipline, military leadership, business excellence and quality management principles to deliver complex infrastructure and organisational transformation initiatives. Under his leadership, Kuber Group Africa has emerged as a leading eco-friendly infrastructure development organisation committed to sustainable growth across the African continent.

His notable work includes the development of a 271-acre industrial park in Prampram, Ghana, and collaboration with the Government of Nigeria on a 200 MW photovoltaic solar power project, reflecting a sustained commitment to sustainable infrastructure and clean energy.

Before establishing Kuber Group Africa, Colonel Kalra served as Chief Executive Officer of a leading cardiac healthcare institution, where he led operational excellence initiatives that strengthened organisational performance and patient care. Earlier in his career he headed Business Excellence at ABN AMRO Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland in London, leading enterprise-wide quality and continuous improvement programmes.

Brajesh Kumar Singh is Co-Founder and Director of the International Process Excellence Council. He is a senior enterprise transformation leader with nearly three decades of experience advising organisations on business excellence, digital transformation, operational governance and organisational capability development.

His professional experience spans banking, BPM and BPO, telecommunications, aviation, retail, manufacturing and consulting, with leadership responsibilities across more than twenty-five countries. Throughout his career he has helped organisations move from fragmented improvement initiatives to integrated, data-driven transformation programmes focused on measurable business outcomes.

His expertise combines traditional process excellence methodologies with emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, digital quality assurance and intelligent automation. He has led initiatives delivering measurable operational improvements, including efficiency gains through digitisation and automation, enterprise-wide governance programmes, advanced analytics, fraud prevention, compliance systems and business resilience.

Deepak Dwivedi serves as Head of Education Policy and Knowledge Innovation at the International Process Excellence Council, where he leads the Council's work in education policy research, institutional transformation, curriculum innovation and knowledge systems.

With over twenty-eight years of multidisciplinary experience spanning economics, knowledge management, process excellence, research, organisational learning and capability development, he has worked extensively on designing frameworks that integrate management science with educational transformation. Prior to joining IPEC he built his professional career in knowledge management and organisational excellence, including experience in global consulting environments.

His work combines principles from Lean, Six Sigma, Knowledge Management, artificial intelligence, behavioural sciences, systems thinking and evidence-based policy to develop practical implementation frameworks for institutions.

He is the architect of the NEP 2030 Strategic Forum, an initiative that seeks to complement the implementation of India's National Education Policy 2020 through governance models, institutional capability building, process excellence and measurable outcome frameworks aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. He is also the originator of the Four Alpha Model, an interdisciplinary framework for holistic human and institutional development integrating economic capability, well-being, leadership and self-development into measurable systems for educational and organisational excellence.

Being constituted

An advisory body is being formed.

The Council is establishing an advisory group of academics, industry experts, former civil servants, education leaders and international collaborators. This provides a mechanism for expanding IPEC’s leadership ecosystem without altering its core governance structure. Advisors will be listed here once appointments are confirmed.
